FREE on all Australian orders over $150 AUD

Standard delivery is $10 on all Australian orders under $150.

Delivered within 2 – 5 Business days.

All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not present to sign, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. We unfortunately do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option.

Orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Orders placed on a weekend will be processed, where possible, the next business day. (in-stock items only). 

SOFINAS advise that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes. SOFINAS use Australian Registered Post whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

International orders are charged a flat rate of $33 worldwide

SOFINAS uses DHL Express for all international orders and will require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery timeframe 2 – 10 working days depending on your location.

Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, SOFINAS cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
